Day 28-29 -oops, forgot again:-/


Ok, so. Genuinely have no idea what I ate on day 28, so best to just brush over that :-/
I do know I had low fat chipolatas, mashed potatoe, green beans and carrots for dinner, but don't remember the rest, breakfast would have been the same, but lunch is a mystery.

Day 29 goes like this....

Breakfast:
Porridge, with 3 fresh strawberries,
Redbush tea




Mid Morning:
redbush tea

Lunch:
Two slices of browns seeded bread a banana
Redbush tea

Mid afternoon:
Redbush tea


I was out with my kids straight from school and we didn't get back till late, so dinner was an appalling choice.
Dinner:
Chip shop chips. -over cooked and very greasy, my system was not impressed :-/ 

Evening:
Redbush tea and tummy ache :(
