Day 24- Back on track

After yesterday's eating next to nothing till the evening, I'm feeling a lot better today, thank goodness :)

Breakfast:
Porridge, redbush tea


Mid morning:
Nothing

Lunch:
Brown g/f bread, ham and cheese , carrot sticks
Lactose free yogurt
Redbush tea

Mid afternoon:
Redbush tea, oat biscuit x 2

Dinner:
Brown rice, tuna, carrots and green beans

Water

Evening:
Redbush x2 2 oats biscuits
