Lunch:
Phillidelphia and salad sandwich, veg sticks (carrot & pepper)
Lactose free yogurt
CHOCOLATE!! Omg that tasted soooo good!
Tesco have all their Easter eggs reduced and I could resist bringing one home! I remember my fodmap leaflets said I could have malteasers, so I bought a Malteser egg and I've just had a little bar of malteaser choc. Wow. I want to eat the whole thing now, but shall restrain myself.
I really hope my tummy doesn't hate me for this....pleeeease tum be good!

Mid afternoon:
4 left over chunks of kiwi, it tasted stronger than normal, so am now wondering if I should have eaten it. Hope it wasn't going off.
Dinner:
Gammon, roast potatoes, green beans, carrots.
Pineapple and orange squash
Shortly after I ate the fruit I started to get a very noisey tum, about half hour after I'd had dinner, I started with pains, strong pains. Now was it the chocolate, was it the fruit, was it a mix, was it the raisin biscuits last night?...arrghhh, so complicated to pinpoint :(
