Day 20 - looks promising.

Today I have really fancy some chocolate. I think it's all this talk of Easter eggs everyone seems to be doing :( Although I know I can have small amounts of chocolate, I'm a all or nothing type of person, so can't guarantee that I'll stop at a little, so am avoiding altogether really :-/

Breakfast:
Porridge l/f milk, redbush tea

Mid Mornng:
Nothing

To ease my sweet cravings, I treated myself to a scrummy lunch :)
Lunch:
Peanut butter & Jam sandwich :) 
Hula hoops
Carrot sticks

80g fresh fruit salad (kiwi, melon, strawberry.

Mid afternoon:
Banana

Dinner:
G/f pizza base, topped with chopped tomatoes, tuna and cheddar. 
Oven chips
Lactose free yogurt.
Redbush tea


I wasn't sure what the tuna would be like, but it was what I didn't use for yesterday's dinner, so thought is give it a try, it was very nice :)

Evenig:

I have felt like my insides have been really settled at the moment, I'm hoping this is the start of the new me :-D
