I've had a good nights sleep and my head feels quite alert today which is great, my body is yet to catch up though.
I've a feeling these posts during the Easter Hols are going to be short and sweet, as I just don't seem to be finding the time to write them throughout the day as today has been very busy.
So this is todays...
Breakfast:
Porridge l/f milk
Redbush Tea.
Mid Morning:
Banana
Redbush Tea
Lunch:
Philidelphia cheese, cucumber and salad cream brown g/f bread sandwich.
Raw carrot
Plain crisps.
L/f strawberry yogurt
Redbush Tea
Mid Afternoon:
Redbush tea x 2
Dinner:
Chipolatoes, mashed potato (l/f milk)
Less than 2 tbs of mixed peas & sweetcorn, green beans.
Orange & Pineapple squash
80g fruit salad - kiwi, strawberry & melon.
Evening:
Redbush Tea x2
