Day 37 -Feeling sick and Dizzy :(

My tum felt unsettled throughout the evening, but I slept okay.

I feel very sick and dizzy today, I don't think it's at all FODMAP related, the dizziness is something that comes and goes often, I'm not sure why I'm feeling sick, but I hope it passes soon.

Because I'm feeling sick, I've struggled to eat, but have forced the issue as I think not eating will only make it worse in the long run.

Breakfast:
Porridge l/f milk
Redbush Tea

Mid Morning:
Banana
Redbush Tea

Lunch:
Red & White Quinoa, red & yellow pepper, cucumber and tuna...and salad cream, can't palate the quinoa without the salad cream!
Lactose free yogurt


Mid Afternoon:
Redbush Tea

Dinner:
Cheese sandwich, though struggled to eat most of it as I feel so sick.

Evening:
Redbush tea


Fingers crossed for a better day tomorrow :(
